Yoga Breathing exercise :-
I have already stressed the important part played by breathing in burning up the poisons in the blood. Oxygen is the great purifier of the bloodstream, but our lungs need something else from the air. They want all the vital forces in the atmosphere which come form the sun, from the earth and are breathed out by every living thing – flowers, birds, trees, and men.
We must find fresh air. We must shun stuffy atmospheres and crowded streets, as much because of our need for oxygen and vital force.

At least try to make the most of the available air by learning how to breathe. Every morning, before doing your physical exercises (if you are allowed to do them) practice a series of complete breathing exercises which will take the purifying oxygen into your innermost being. In the way, breathing will become one of your most effective weapons in the fight against overweight.
Women rarely breathe using the stomach. They breathe only with the chest, and frequently only with the upper part of it. It is essential that, when doing complete breathing exercises, you breathe with the whole of your chest and with your stomach.
Do these exercises standing up, so that the diaphragm has free movement, ensuring that the expansion of the thorax is not hindered in any way.
Doing yoga breathing exercise 2 methods are there

- 1. Breathing in :-
Start breathing in gently, first inflating the upper part of the thorax, and moving the arms to the horizontal and then slightly backwards. Continue to breathe in with the shoulders well back. Don’t stop breathing in until your stomach is fully distended. The complete breathing – in process in all its successive stages, should take 6 seconds, and 12 seconds when you are in trim.
2. Breathing out:-
It should be done slowly. Begin by collapsing the upper part of the chest, then the lower part, and end by contracting the stomach. At the same time lower the arms, the shoulders and the head being bent slightly forward, the back slightly arched, so as to empty the chest completely. Breathing out should last almost as long as breathing in.
This above 2 methods should be done for at least three minutes, three times a day, but you can do them for longer if you wish.

What can you do about it?
- Take regular, well balanced meals with a low calorie content.
- Take daily exercise , prolonged but not too energetic (open air walking, light sports).
- Rest as often as possible; relax.
- In 30 minutes you will balance your hole body with this easy tips.
- Breathe efficiently, with your chest and with your stomach.
- Massage yourself on the right principles, that is to say thoroughly but without causing pain or discomfort.
- Increase the intensity of the massage progressively but never let it become pain.
What you must never do about it?
1. Do intensive physical exercises which require excessive effort or Practice over-violent sports.
2. Start massaging vigorously right away, thereby causing discomfort.

4. Get tired and stiff walking.
5. Eat indigestible foods , drink alcoholic drinks, smoke, drink too much coffee, live in a breathless atmosphere up late, wear yourself out, work yourself up unnecessarily.
6. Regularly attend badly ventilated and smoky public places.
