Tips to Lose weight without salt

  1. Don’t sprinkle salt on the meals.
  2. Use only low sodium salt in place of high sodium salt.
  3. Cut that salted food which more salt will get such as cheese, ready mate meals which is in stores etc.
  4. salt has no calories so why we have to use it. Simple we are using for our taste.
  5. Now a days so many quite weight loss diets are came in which low in salt.
  6. The best and healthiest way to lose weight is to concentrate in your eating less salt. It don’t contain any calories
  7. my suggestion is don’t eat salt how are fat but how are not they can take low sodium salt.


Avoid baking soda

Avoid using baking soda while cooking green vegetables to prevent discoloration. This will also destroy the nutrients present in them.

Avoid the salt:

If you want to lose weight and to keep your health healthy then cut out the salt sprinkle on the meals. If you want to use salt then try low sodium salt in its place.

Salt creates Big problem:

Salt is nothing but sodium chloride. Taking too much salt and increased blood pressure which mean causes of strokes and major causes of heart disease, most types of cancer, type 2 diabetics, high cholesterol . So always take less sodium salt or don’t use salt because salt has no calories.
