Use of water

  1. Saline water in necessary in dehydration caused by cholera, fever, diabetes, diarrhea, etc.
  2. It is useful to take water with salt, sugar, lemon and honey. Patients of kidney diseases should use water with salt in supervision of some naturopath.
  3. Some of vegetables, water of pulse, juice of lemon etc. contain water. They give us minerals and salts along with water.


Some important facts

  1. Never drink water before passing urine or just after passing urine.
  2. Passing urine after meals prevents formation of stones.
  3. Stand on force foot and then pass urine. This posture prevents formation of stones.
  4. Water contained in copper vessel is hundred times more useful.
  5. Take juice of one lemon in a glass of warm water before going to bed. It gives relief in Coryza.
  6. In early morning, chew five leaves of neem and drink a glass of water after chewing these leaves. This can prevent you from Cancer and plague too.
  7. Take a little rice (raw-one or two tea spoons) with a glass of water to cure liver disorders.


Drink plenty of water:

water is a source of our life because it present in our body 70 percent. It passes like a blood in our body. Without blood human being  living life  is not possible like that only without water human being living life is not possible. Drink plenty of water daily because it keeps you fit and healthy. Daily we have to drink 5 liters water or 10 glasses water.

Drinking water best way is when you getup early morning then drink 1 or 2 glass water and go to toilet after 5 minutes. At the time of eating food do not drink lot of water, drink some water after complete your food, drink sips of water at the time of eating food . This methods are very helpful to keep u fit and healthy.

The best thing of water is you will not found any calories at all.

You have to remember one thing that is don’t drink sweetened bottle drinks like sodas, cauldrons etc. Because sweetened means sugar and sugar it means calories. If you not control this sweetened drink then stick diet about it.


Don’t spit saliva.

God give us a teeth to eat any thing, chew any thing like meals, vegetables, fruits etc. when we are eating chew 8 to 12 times properly with your mouth because our stomach can digest easily it. Always remember one thing don’t spit more saliva because it digest our mouth food with its help only. Who spit more saliva that persons can not digest more food and they can get more problems on it. So always don’t eat that items which use more saliva to spit.

Constipation

Drink at least eight glasses of water a day.  If you do not drink enough water, you may become constipated. Thirst is the most notable sign of dehydration. Other indicators include rapid breathing, palpitation, dizziness, confusion, dry lips and tongue, and a reduced flow of dark-colored urine.

Always drink water

Always drink water after an hour of breakfast and meals. Regular intake of water in early morning gives relief in following diseases

Diabetes, Headache, Heart diseases, Blood pressure, Urinary problems like stones, fever.
