Do this exercise for 2 days and If u want to increase weight on rod it will take 2 days time. After 2 days u can increase weight on rod like 5,10,15 kgs. After 15 days u can increase weight on rod like 20,25 kgs. After 1 month you can use weight on rod like below.
Hands muscle grow : If u are new then take a empty rod and on that beat 70 rep. Do this exercise for 3 days and if u want to increase weight on rod it will take 3 days time. After 3 days u can increase weight on rod like 2.5,5 kgs. After 15 days u can increase weight on rod like 7,10,12,15 kgs. After 1 month you can use weight on rod like below.

So always increase your weights but don’t keep it ideal.
2. Hands muscle grow: If u want to increase your hands muscle then starting with 10,12,15 or more u can lift weight.
